Thanks for choosing Terrapin Works. This page will go over how to set up or request access to a KFS account in our PaperCut Job Ticketing system. This system is used to manage all job requests and billing for Terrapin Works.

FAQ

We are pausing the addition / change of KFS accounts to adapt to changes brought on by the transition to Workday. We anticipate being able to reopen this process during winter break. In the meantime, we encourage you to familiarize yourself with Workday terminology as we will no longer accept KFS account numbers as a method of payment in the new process.
